Group Reservations:
Do you have a special occasion coming up? Perhaps a bridal party, birthday, reunion or office outing? Whatever the occasion, Spa Las Palmas can customize packages and coordinate group functions for both intimate gatherings and large convention groups. We will pre-arrange all of your spa services and create a special luncheon menu for your entire party. Begin your spa experience early by allowing us to take care of all those pre-planning details for you. Reservations:
We recommend you reserve appointments prior to your arrival at the resort as services are limited. Additionally, we suggest you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will deprive you of treatment time. For reservations and information, please call Spa Las Palmas at 877.843.7720. Please inquire about our specialty menu and seasonal offerings.

Cancellations:
If you must cancel, we will gladly assist you in rescheduling your appointment. If this is not possible, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid a 100% fee for your scheduled spa service.

We would be delighted to assist you in selecting the perfect, personalized gift. Gift Cards may be purchased by the treatment or by dollar amount for the treatment services or products. Refer to our Spa Menu for an array of treatments.
