Q. How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to shower and prepare for your treatment. To enjoy the full benefit of your spa experience, we suggest 10 minutes in the sauna or eucalyptus steam room, 10 minutes in the heated whirlpool and 15 minutes floating, enjoying the underwater music in our sanctuary pool.

Q. Must I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?
Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if you prefer them. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over any part of your body not being treated. You may request a male or female therapist, as you prefer.
